Starting from young children, Ryan and David were raised in a working family where they performed a multitude of hands-on tasks. Forced to learn unique hands-on skills, they developed a knack for completing work to a high caliber. Growing up in the construction field, performing remodels and even constructing their childhood home has laid the foundation for Lone Creek today. Learning those challenges at a young age allowed the forward thinking capability that Lone Creek offers. Understanding the raw elements which go into a home is critical and with over 17 years of experience in construction alone, Ryan and David are dedicated, passionate, hardworking, and ethically driven to make your home the success you want with the comforts and lavishness you have worked hard to enjoy. Capitalizing on their hindsight learned lessons, sacrificed free time as children, self-determining attitudes and pursuit for correct and knowledgeable building methods, Lone Creek Custom Homes offers you a chance to truly build your wants, needs, wishes, vision, and a place to call home.
Build Philosophy
Having traveled to Walt Disney World members Ryan and David are always analytical. Curiously observing the construction of the theme park down to the engineered structures, infrastructure, and experience are at the forefront of their thoughts. You never see a mosquito at Disney World. The theme park is in the middle of a Florida swamp, and there are no mosquitos. The truth is the company has an advanced mitigation program that controls the population of mosquitoes. Disney obviously understands very well that a significant part of the experience of visiting the parks would be ruined by the presents of mosquitos. This plays into our build philosophy. You should not have to consciously think about the problems in your home. We place the effort into the construction of your home. Let us worry about the details.
Our Philosophy
It’s simple. We make the most of your understanding and knowledge. We start by asking you about your experience of living in your current and previous homes. Have you ever felt the flex in the floor when someone walked by you while you were sitting on the couch, felt a cold draft when standing in front of a window looking out at the falling snow, or heard a toilet flush in the bathroom on another floor? There is an experience related to living in a home that is not related to how fancy the countertops are, how high-end the appliances are, or how expensive the decorative lighting may be. We are determined to incorporate that forethinking into the design and budget of your home.
Our Mission
To build homes using the following three fundamental philosophies: quality is paramount, attention to detail is vital and the experience of living in a home is pivotal.
The Competition
Builders are always advertising things like “Building your Dreams” or “Turning your Dreams into Reality." Our experience with this type of builder is that the priority becomes "building your dreams" as long as it's done as quickly as possible, nothing is changed, and you receive limited communication regarding your build. We have spoken with builders who don’t care at all about what they are building. They present drawings to a subcontractor and quite literally tell them to “figure it out." We have spoken to people who have spent millions on a new home build just to be disappointed by the height of the ceiling or annoyed with a structural column blocking the middle of their basement.

As time goes on, we continue pushing deeper into the construction industry to better understand best building practices, new technologies and innovative products. As part of our deep-rooted commitment to this ideal, we are actively investing in new products that we feel have the ability to change the construction industry. We believe many of these products will replace what is commonly used today in all types of housing construction. Promotion and use of new technology could earn you a return on your investment in the construction of you home. As building code becomes more stringent, the knowledge and use of innovative products becomes increasingly important.
